Occasionally, during garage work, I found myself lacking good lighting from underneath the car. Most battery-powered garage lights run out very quickly, so this time I decided to buy something more robust. I bought the Makita DML811 light on allegro, which can be powered by both batteries (14.4/18V) and mains (AC 230V). Unlike most of the older halogen models from Makita, the DML811 has options to be powered not only by battery but also by the included mains cable, which is very cool if you want to use the light for a longer period of time.
From the pictures on the allegro I expected the lamp to be smaller in size, however this is not a hindrance at all. The lamp shines brilliantly, it is suitable for illuminating half of the plot, so it is also useful during other work in the garden. In addition, if I would like to use it during possible renovations in the flat – you can buy a tripod for it in the future 🙂
