How to remove Climatic heating regulation and air-conditioning system from a Polo 6R
Removing controls for heater and air conditioning system „Climatic“
- Remove centre dash panel trims
- Remove bolts -1-.
- Remove centre console cover
- Detach connectors from Climatic heating regulation and air-conditioning system -2-.
- Detach flexible shaft -1- for air distribution flap from Climatic heating regulation and air-conditioning system -2-.
Note
When the flexible shaft -1- is installed, the actuator -2- and the rotary knob on the Climatic heating regulation and air-conditioning system must be aligned to one another in a specific position or the system will malfunction.
- The flexible shaft connection -3- is referred to as „terminal“.
