There will be two wires in T10c, a brown one and a red-black one, but they connect to the and the resistor I believe, or the AC panel – you’ll need to connect them to new T6.

Remove wires from old -T10c- connector

Here is where the connection to the T10c was before:

old T10c (with female terminals):

Add plus & minus wires from old T10c to new T6ag connector

I bought some cables from Michel from the original Polo 6R wiring harness, so I used the same colored wires to connect the new T6ag.

You can use here any connectors, or just solder cables.

Just like Michel, who previously also changed the manual air conditioning to Climatronic I cut off the wires from old T10c permanently and led them to T6 of the heater resistor (behind passenger airbag):

I used butt connectors to connect directly old wires (from T10c) to new wires (to T6ag)

Add wires from new T6ag to new T16i

Add wires to G109 (T4ai)

Add wires to G107 – sunlight penetration photosensor – which is necessary in Climatronic.

Note that the sun sensor is located in the center of the dashboard, however the wire needs to be slightly longer to allow the sensor to be pulled out later.

I didn’t have enough green and brown cables so I used different colors (black and yellow) to extend the beam for sunlight penetration photosensor

A different color is not a problem as long as you connect them properly 😉

Connect wires to new T16i:

T16i’s terminals are specific, and I didn’t have pins to this connector, so I used parts of repair harnesses which i bought from my mate.

Now put new connectors to climatronic panel to test if all works. Don’t turn on AC until you don’t have r134a….

If panel and all motors works tape your wiring harness and put the refrigerant R134a.
