My smaller NOCO GB40 GENIUS BOOST+ completely failed to cope with my other car – a Polo 9n3 1.9 TDI, at full charge it lasted for 1 start max. I prefer to blow cold, so I purchased a much more powerful starter. I bought the higher GB150 model, which has a built-in voltmeter and is sufficient for many emergency car engine starts, even on very cold days.
At first I bought the GB70 on Allegro, but the other day I saw a promotion on Amazon where the GB150 was cheaper than the GB70 from Allegro – so I returned the medium GB70 and bought the one from Amazon 😀
