How to remove steering column switch from a Polo 6R

steering column and T41 connector (to stalks)

Release securing bolt -arrow- of steering column switch -1-.

Release connector -1- by first pressing catch -2- »from underneath« in direction of -arrow A- and then pulling »from above« in direction of -arrow B-.
Detach steering column switch -3- from connector -1- and steering column.
