KW V3 Inox Coilovers

I traveled about 76K km on my factory suspension. In 2015 I put lowering springs (Eibach Pro-Kit) and have used factory shock absorbers so far. After changing the engine, the old suspension will not be suitable, so I decided to buy a coilover suspension with rebound adjustment option. Even though the springs are not blue, the rest looks good, plus they are made of stainless steel, not galvanized, which should be much better and I hope they will be working for a long time. According to internet forums, a lot of people use this suspension on the Polo 6R 2.0 TSI, so I hope it’s a good choice.

The Competition Intercooler Kit

Intercoolers, as a rule, are not the strength of the Polo 6R, so I decided to immediately prophylactically change the intercooler from the Polo 6R 2.0 TSI / 1.8 TSI to the Wagner Competition, which should work more efficiently. You can find some cheaper products on the Internet, such as Airtec or Bull X, but it is Wagner that is most often recommended by tuners. In addition to efficient operation, there is P&P, nothing needs to be changed, and the folding should be perfect.

Below is a description of the manufacturer:

for VAG 1,4 /2,0 TSI
Wagner:

Producer: WAGNER TUNING

The competition intercooler has the following core size: 590mm x 170mm x 100mm = 10.030cm, providing a 70% larger frontalarea and 112% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Competition Intercooler core with turbulators (weight: 6,6kg). Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores combined with cast aluminum optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible Internal Airflow. This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. A lot less pressure drop then OEM Intercooler. Anti Corrosion protective Coating with perfect thermal heat dissapating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. Kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the stock plumming. Fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control. On both sides the connection diameter is 55mm.
